Where the magic happens

Solitude Soapworks studio is situated on the back part of our homestead, overlooking flower gardens, forests, and the majestic high peaks.

I make my soaps in small batches, which allows me to oversee every tiny detail of production and put out high-quality products that you can not only feel good about using but that also leave your skin feeling amazing.

Our soaps are formulated to be gentle for all skin types, using only the highest quality plant-based butters and oils we can source, and our leave-on body products are made with organic ingredients wherever possible.

I recently bought 4 different products from Solitude Soapworks - 2 soaps and 2 body butter.
I’m enjoying them both but LOVING the body butter!

Body butter: I bought Summer Berries and Vivid Wanderer. Both smell fantastic; goes on nice and thick; does NOT feel greasy or leave any grease marks on your hands; soaks in quickly, dries fast; the scent lasts for HOURS. Only downside I see, I did not buy enough! Thank god for online shopping!

Soaps: I bought 2 floral scents and they’re wonderful. Colors do not wash off on your hands or towels; lathers beautifully; doesn’t leave colors in my white sink; skin feels clean and fresh after wash; smell lingers for about 30 mins. Downside: I’m not really using them a lot because they’re for my guest bathroom…lucky guests, poor me. Again, should have bought more.

Shop local artisans my friends! It is very well worth it!
