Shipping policy

Solitude Soapworks strives to maintain a 48 hour turnaround time from the time an order is placed, until the time it is shipped.  Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be mailed out on Monday morning.  

Effective July 25, 2024, we will no longer be shipping via USPS.  All of our shipping will be processed through UPS.  

All UPS shipments will include insurance and tracking.  Tracking numbers will be provided when the shipping label is created.

If an incorrect address/zip code or the order is rerouted from its original destination, the customer assumes any charge for the correction and agrees that Solitude Soapworks may charge this fee to their credit card. All orders will be sent to the address on the invoice generated by our shopping cart. Be sure that all the information is correct before completing the sale. Of course, if we make the error, we pay any fees.
