Spring has sprung!!!

Or should I say summer has descended on the mountains with a vengeance today.

Our rhubarb loves this section of the garden and we joke that it's like Audrey from the Little Shop of Horrors, it's going to overtake Solitude Acres farm and then go on to feast on the rest of Keene.  I made a rhubarb crunch for desert the other night that was SOOO simple, took very little time at all to put together and was absolutely delish!

Just don't forget the vanilla ice cream.
